HOW WE WORK

Understand the business. Make the right changes.

Every business has its own way of working. Before recommending tools or building anything, I want to understand yours: how it makes money, where work gets held up and what you want to improve.

From there, we agree a practical scope and work through the changes in manageable stages.

A clear path from first conversation to useful improvement.

  1. 01

    Understand

We look at your goals, people, processes and existing systems. That includes the workarounds and routine decisions that may never appear in a process document but keep the business moving.

What this gives us: a shared view of the problem, the people involved and the starting point.

  2. 02

    Identify

We find the repeated work, information gaps and handovers creating pressure. We also look at what you already do well and where existing tools could be used more effectively.

What this gives us: a set of specific opportunities tied to how the business operates.

  3. 03

    Prioritise

We assess likely value, feasibility, cost and readiness. A useful first project has a clear purpose, an achievable scope and a result we can assess.

What this gives us: an agreed priority and measures for judging whether the change helps.

  4. 04

    Design

We map the proposed workflow, the information it needs and the responsibilities around it. We agree where people review, approve or step in, and what happens when something does not go to plan.

What this gives us: a defined solution, acceptance criteria and a delivery scope.

  5. 05

    Implement

I build or configure the agreed solution, test it against representative tasks and help introduce it to the people using it. Documentation and handover are part of the delivery.

What this gives us: a tested solution within the agreed scope, with clear ownership and guidance.

  6. 06

    Improve

We compare real use with the starting point, review what is working and identify any refinements. Further work is agreed around what the business needs next.

What this gives us: evidence to guide improvements and the next investment decision.

Start at the point that suits your business.

You may need a review and roadmap before deciding what to build. You may already have a defined workflow to improve. Or you may want a prototype to explore a specific idea.

The engagement is shaped around that need. You do not have to commit to every stage at once.

You stay involved in the decisions that matter.

You bring the knowledge of your business. I bring an outside perspective, practical AI capability and experience of running businesses myself.

We agree who needs to be involved, what information is required and when decisions need to be made. Investment decisions and significant business choices remain with you.

Before delivery begins, the proposal sets out the work, fees, dependencies, responsibilities and support arrangements. If something changes, we discuss the effect on scope before proceeding.

Keep building on what works.

Ongoing advice can help you review performance, support adoption and decide where to focus next as your business develops. The review schedule and any additional implementation are agreed separately.

What would you like to work better?

You do not need a technical brief. Start with the pressure you are experiencing and the improvement you want to make.
